You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
AutonoeX may provide AI-generated troubleshooting assistance, knowledge search, incident drafting, incident creation, attachment handling, and integrations with systems such as ServiceNow.
Some features depend on third-party systems, organizational configuration, and administrator settings. Feature availability may vary by customer, device, environment, or plan.
The Services may generate AI-assisted responses, suggestions, and ticket drafts. These outputs are intended to support workflows, not to replace appropriate human judgment.
If your organization connects AutonoeX to ServiceNow or another third-party platform, relevant information may be transmitted to that system in order to perform requested actions.
We are not responsible for third-party systems, their availability, or how your organization administers them.
Some parts of the Services may be offered on a paid basis. If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing terms, and plan details will be presented to you separately.
All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
The Services, including software, branding, design, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are owned by AutonoeX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain rights in content you submit to the Services, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the product.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including to improve security, compliance, performance, or functionality.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutonoeX and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutonoeX and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Services or other users, or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
